So we filmed this in early 2022, but I never ended up editing/ making the video. Adora was really into this YouTuber at the time by the name of CookieSwirlC. One of the videos Adora was into was a video where the Barbie doll makes real cookies. Adora memorized the recipe and one day I was making cookies from prepackaged cookie dough. She starts telling me this recipe she knows and as I’m listening to her – it sounds more and more like a real recipe so I finally let her “make her recipe” on the side (just in case it doesn’t turn out well for whatever reason) and to my surprise – they were so delicious! Better than the store-bought. Also, these ingredients are in almost everyone’s kitchen. We changed a few things from the original CookieSwirlC video. We didn’t have chocolate chips so we used a milk chocolate bar and just smashed it into tiny bits.

Adora’s “Super Yummy (Chocolate Chip) Cookies”

1 cup sugar
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

*Mix*

Add:
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
3 cups flour
Chocolate chips

*Mix*

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet.

Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes.
